“ This juicy little place has a lot to offer between the lip-smacking good food, zippy drinks, and bar games. There’s something for everyone. I don’t recommend the Nordeast sushi, but the burger and wings were fire. ”
“ Part of the Centro restaurant group. Everything is great except the parking situation. During peak hours, its near impossible to find parking near the area. Food was great, its the same QR code ordering as the other restaurants. The Bina burger was almost like a Juicy Lucy without the mess. Chips were great. Deviled eggs were good. Drink options are limited and the menu is kinda overpriced, but that hasn't disuaded anyone from coming. There are bar games and the whole place has a speakeasy vibe. ”
“ Recommended by a friend who knew how much I dig a kitschy dive bar type spot and their rec was well received! We stopped in on a Monday YES a Monday (not many NE MPLS restaurants are open Mondays) and it was chill. Pull tabs were available and we ordered some HH drinks and food. Smash burger was exactly as I imagined it (tasty) and chicken tendies were also PERFECT. Monday is Martini Monday which I did not indulge in but will soon. There is darts, A POOL TABLE and an arcade game of some sort along with cool decor and Christma-themed bathrooms. This place rocks. I am not about to gate keep. Go here. ”
“ First impression - above and beyond my expectations for a dive bar!! I love the ambiance; it feels like a fresh and clean dive bar. Sit at the bar - service is great! Food was also good, but a touch on the salty side for all of the food we ordered. Must have: deviled eggs. Bloody Marys are also good. NA beer options weren't good, but they do have Diet Coke! I don't recommend the Rachel sandwich (not bad but not good). Bonus: the deviled eggs are served in an even number!!!! Very rare to find!! ”
“ Brand new Bina’s coins itself a dive bar...big shoes to fill for a brand new bar in NE Mpls, land of dive bars. But somehow...it does it. The dark lighting that helps you forget what time it might be, the dark wood rafters and wood bar complete with leather cushion around the edges, black leather swivel bar chairs, and a refreshingly trim but thoughtful drink and food menu. Complete with complimentary matchbooks. The deviled eggs are good, the moz sticks are rich and served with tomato soup for dipping, and there are a grand total of 3 beers on tap. Nothing is too expensive and you could easily have a good time with 20 here. Somehow it doesn’t seem new. Somehow, it feels like it’s been here all along and you could even forget you’re in the city for a spell. The kitschy random decor is cute but not trying too hard or overwhelming. The Xmas decorations in the bathroom could’ve come off as fussy but somehow, you end up feeling like you’re at your friends house during the holidays. The parking isn’t the best and the side street is rife with potholes. But it’s a dive...you get what you get! ”
“ Unique hip old style dive bar... does that make sense? Dark interior with disco balls to light up the atmosphere. Mouth watering burgers sparking your tastebuds, curled crispy fries, deviled eggs with a pickle chip could use a little spice but still good, beer was cold and blackberry bootlegger went down way too fast. Service was attentive and treated us well. ”
“ Best grilled cheese I've ever had in my LIFE. The bread was thick, ultra-soft and tasted like cheesy garlic bread heaven. Mozz sticks w/ tomato soup dipping sauce... so fire. I loved the vintage 50's diner vibe mixed with modern, chic elements- just a really unique space. The bartenders were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Never seen a bar with Jell-o shots before. QR codes were slick and made for fast ordering. And the bathrooms?!?! Such a fun, unique new addition to NE. ”
“ Great, low-key spot to grab a drink and a delicious burger. The smash burger is really tasty, complemented by the pickles, onions, and Bina's sauce, on a soft bun. The fries are outstanding, uniquely cut wedges, well salted, perfect for dipping. Cocktails are solid. The bar is casual, with a throw-back feel in terms of decor, but clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and relaxed. A nice option for a spot to hang out, have a drink, and grab a bite in Northeast. ”
